These terms explain how you may use CrabiX, a self-service local AI router for developers, and how subscriptions purchased through Paddle are handled.

## Who we are

CrabiX is operated by VISIONER PTE. LTD., UEN 202314121N, Singapore. In these Terms, "CrabiX", "we", "us", and "our" refer to VISIONER PTE. LTD.

CrabiX is a software product. It is not a consulting practice, agency, managed IT service, design service, legal service, financial service, medical service, or other human-driven professional service. Customer support may help you use the software, but support is not sold as a separate human service.

## The product

CrabiX is a local-first AI router and desktop application. It helps you connect your own AI providers, local models, and compatible developer tools through a local OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

Purchases may include access to paid software features such as advanced routing strategies, expanded MCP configuration and import capacity, Skills, plugins, git workflows, expanded statistics, and early access features, depending on the plan shown at checkout.

## Accounts, billing, and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Paddle may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes and may present its own buyer terms at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through the Paddle buyer portal linked from your receipt or subscription confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Prices, plan names, plan limits, and included features may change. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or by Paddle checkout rules.

## Your responsibilities

- Use CrabiX only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any AI provider, model, API, app, or third-party service you connect.
- Keep your provider accounts, API keys, credentials, devices, and local configuration secure.
- Do not use CrabiX to attack, disrupt, scrape, spam, bypass access controls, infringe intellectual property, generate unlawful content, or violate the rights of others.
- Do not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify CrabiX except where applicable law expressly allows it.

## AI providers and outputs

CrabiX routes requests to providers and models that you configure. Those third-party providers are independent from us and may apply their own terms, limits, safety systems, pricing, and availability rules.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for code, security, legal, financial, medical, or other high-impact decisions.

## Privacy and local data

CrabiX is designed to run locally. Your prompts, provider responses, files, API keys, and project data are controlled on your device unless you choose to send data to a connected provider or enable a feature that transmits data.

Our Privacy Policy explains what website, account, billing, support, and optional product data we may process.

## Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled. Because Paddle is the merchant of record for paid purchases, eligible refunds are processed through Paddle rather than by direct payment from CrabiX.

## Availability and changes

We work to keep CrabiX useful and reliable, but the software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change as the product develops, especially during early release and early access periods.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

## Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
