## Key takeaways

- Contact: support@crabix.ai. Expect a reply within two business days.
- CrabiX mobile is a companion to CrabiX on your computer. It pairs over an end-to-end encrypted peer link and does not run agents on the phone.
- Pair from the desktop app: open Linked Devices, create a new invite, then scan the QR code or open the crabix.link pairing link on your phone.
- Your chats and workspace stay on your own computer. You can unlink a phone from either side at any time.

## How do I contact CrabiX support?

Email support@crabix.ai. We reply within two business days, usually sooner. Include your platform (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, or Linux), the app version from Settings → About, and what you expected to happen.

For billing questions, include the email used at checkout. Purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; refunds follow the [refund policy](/refund).

For security reports, see the [security contact](/security) page.

Please do not send API keys, passwords, or pairing links in support emails.

## What is the CrabiX mobile app?

CrabiX for iOS and Android is a companion to the CrabiX desktop app. Your computer runs the agents and keeps the workspace; the phone lets you read and continue chats, give agents tasks, answer approval requests, follow team chats, and check activity and usage.

The phone connects to your computer over an end-to-end encrypted peer link (CrabiX Link). Relay services may help establish the connection but cannot read its content.

Available features depend on your desktop setup, connected AI services, and the access level granted when the phone was paired.

You need CrabiX installed on macOS, Windows, or Linux. See [download](/download) and [pricing](/pricing) for the desktop app.

## How do I pair my phone with CrabiX on my computer?

Open CrabiX on your computer and open Linked Devices: the Mobile Link row in the connections menu, or Settings → Workspace → Advanced → Integrations → Phone control (CrabiX Link). Choose New invite. On the phone, scan the QR code, or open the crabix.link pairing link, then confirm the connection on the desktop.

The camera is used only to scan the pairing QR code; the image never leaves your device.

You can also paste the pairing link (it starts with https://crabix.link/#) into the app's pairing screen.

Pairing links are single-use credentials. Do not share them, and create a new invite if one expires.

## Why can't my phone connect to my computer?

The desktop is the server: your computer must be powered on, running CrabiX, and online. When it is unreachable, the app shows an offline indicator and reconnects automatically once the desktop is back.

Check that CrabiX is open on the computer and that the computer is not asleep.

Make sure both devices have internet access. They do not need to be on the same network.

If the phone was removed from Linked Devices on the desktop, pair it again with a new invite.

## How do I unlink a phone or revoke its access?

On the desktop, open Linked Devices and remove the phone; its access is revoked immediately. On the phone, open Settings → This device and choose Disconnect this phone to delete its saved connection credentials.

Revoking from the desktop works even if the phone is lost.

Uninstalling the app also removes the locally stored credentials.

## Where is my data, and how do I delete it?

Chats, agents, and workspace data live on your own computer, not on CrabiX servers. The phone keeps only its connection credentials (in secure device storage) and a temporary cache. See the [privacy policy](/privacy) for details, including the mobile app section.

To remove mobile data: disconnect the phone in the app, revoke it in Linked Devices on the desktop, and uninstall the app.

To remove chat history and workspace data, delete it in the desktop app. Copies already sent to AI providers you connected are governed by those providers.

To delete your CrabiX account (sign-in, subscription, and billing records we hold), email support@crabix.ai from the account email. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are retained only as required.

## FAQ

### How fast does CrabiX support reply?

Email support@crabix.ai and expect a reply within two business days, usually sooner.

No. CrabiX mobile is a companion: it connects to CrabiX running on your macOS, Windows, or Linux computer, which runs the agents and stores your chats.

## Model digest

CrabiX support is reached at support@crabix.ai, with replies within two business days. CrabiX is operated by VISIONER PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The CrabiX mobile app for iOS and Android is a companion to the CrabiX desktop app on macOS, Windows, and Linux: the computer runs the agents and keeps chats and workspace data, and the phone connects to it over an end-to-end encrypted peer link called CrabiX Link. Pairing starts on the desktop in Linked Devices with a new invite: the phone scans a QR code or opens a crabix.link pairing link, and the desktop confirms. The desktop must be running and online; otherwise the app shows an offline indicator. A phone can be revoked from Linked Devices on the desktop or disconnected in the app. Account deletion is requested through support@crabix.ai.
